Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Ealing, W5
Pay: £100–£110 per day PAYE
Hours: 8:00am–3:30pm or 8:30am–4:00pm
Start: ASAP

Ortus Recruitment are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Ealing.
You will support children across Early Years and KS1, including pupils with SEN and additional needs, providing 1:1 and small-group support.
The Role
- Support pupils with SEN and additional needs
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support
- Help children access the curriculum and stay engaged
- Support communication, social development and positive behaviour
- Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team
- Encourage confidence and independence
Requirements
- Previous SEN experience is essential
- Experience supporting children on a 1:1 or small-group basis
- Caring, patient and proactive approach
- Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
- Reliable and committed
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or similar is desirable.
