An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding EYFS team working with children aged 3 to 4 years in Crystal Palace. As a committed and inspiring Teaching Assistant, you will support the academic, social and emotional development of some of our youngest learners.
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual with a minimum Level 2 qualification or equivalent and experience working in early years. The successful candidate will be prepared to work hard, respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life and support children in achieving their full potential through an engaging and creative curriculum.

- An outstanding Early Years Teaching Assistant.
- In possession of a full Level 2 or above childcare qualification.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
- An excellent communicator, with proven experience liaising with parents and carers.

- Able to challenge, engage and motivate children.
- Committed to working collaboratively with parents and the wider community.
