Are you passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive in the classroom? This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with young children and can provide patient, tailored support to a Reception pupil with Autism.

- A commitment to academic progress, personal growth and preparing pupils for future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated one-to-one support to a Reception pupil with ASD throughout the school day.
- Help the pupil participate in classroom activities, lessons and play-based learning.

We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate and confident in building positive relationships with young children.
You should ideally have:
- Previous experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in a school or early years setting.

- A proactive attitude and the ability to use initiative.
- An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and the importance of pupil welfare.
- Relevant childcare or education qualifications, although these are advantageous rather than essential.
