Behaviour Mentor
Location: Camden, NW London
Pay: £95–£105 per day PAYE
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Start: ASAP

Ortus Recruitment are seeking a passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils at a school in NW London.
This role would suit someone who has experience working with children who display challenging behaviour, SEMH or additional needs and is looking to make a genuine difference in a school environment.
The Role
- Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
- Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions
- Develop positive relationships with pupils
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
- Support pupils with emotional regulation
- Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals
- Help create a calm and positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Experience in behaviour, SEN, education, care or youth work
- Calm, patient and consistent approach
- Strong communication skills
- Confident managing challenging behaviour
- Sports, coaching or mentoring experience is desirable
