Pay: £95–£110 per day PAYE
Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Ortus Recruitment are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in West Drayton.
You will provide 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with SEMH and behavioural needs, helping them manage their emotions, develop positive behaviour and engage with their learning.
The Role
- 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil
- Support with SEMH and challenging behaviour
- Help with emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil
- Encourage engagement and confidence in learning
- Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team
We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- Experience supporting SEMH, SEN or behavioural needs
- A calm, patient and consistent approach
- Good behaviour management skills
- Someone who can build positive relationships with children
- Previous school experience is desirable
